Tasmania.. Mount Wellington, Tasman Arch and Tessellated Pavement - Day 8

Published on 15 October 2022 at 22:33

Today we are going to Mt  Wellington to see snow. I can’t believe it! I am going to touch snow!!! But first we went out for breakfast. We went to Mures. For breakfast I had toast with honey and jam. They didn’t have many options. After breakfast we went back to our apartment and got changed into snow clothes. Once we were on Mt Wellington it didn’t look like it had snowed. We had given up. But we decided to still reach the top. I think god knows everything I want. Once we got to the top. We….. saw…… SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!! As soon as the car stopped I jumped out the car. But my parents kept stopping me by saying. Gloves? Snow Jacket? Beanie? Finally after I put them on I got to touch snow. It was cold. I didn’t care.  I made my first snow ball and threw it at my sister. Haha! Then she threw one at me. Wanna fight girl? Come here. Then it started… World War 3. I threw and threw until my arms fell off. World War 3 only lasted 30mins. We started making snowman. I couldn’t find a carrot. Making a snowman is much better than making an sandman. After making a snowman I decided to make a snow house. I think I did a really good job. I didn’t break it so other people can build it higher and bigger. It took ages for my mum and dad to get me out. I didn’t want to leave. They managed to get me out by saying you can have M&M’s. I Love M&M’s no one can stop me from eating M&M’s. I bolted down the road and ran to the car.  I asked my mum “Where are the M&M’s?” In that bag, I grabbed the M&M’s out I gobbled them all up. Yum! Then I wanted to go play in the snow again. My dad said “too late.” Because we were driving. NOOOOOOO!!!!!! We were now driving to Port Arthur. We visited a blowhole. It was really scary. Next we were going to see the Tasman Arch. It was so cool. We were going to see the Port Arthur Historic Site. But it had already closed, instead we went to go see the Tessellated Pavement. Wow! It was actually really Pretty!! Guys , if you go to Tassie you need to see this. Went back home and slept. Day 8 Done! Only 2 more days left of my holiday.
